To reach this urgent goal, ENCAMINA has four focuses:
1. TRAINING FOR MISSION: preparing and equipping those with a clear call to reach the Nations.
2. MISSIONARY MOBILIZATION: raising the vision of the local church and its leadership to intentionally and actively obey the divine commission to reach all ethnic groups among the Nations.
3. MINISTRY SKILL DEVELOPMENT: assist Kingdom workers with a call to reach all ethnic groups in the development of their ministry (evangelistic and discipleships) skills to reach all ethnic groups.
4. MISSIONARY AND KINGDOM WORKERS HOLISTIC ASSISTANCE: to provide pastoral care for those who have suffered and are suffering in their service for God with the purpose of providing a place where they can be encouraged and lifted up during the daily spiritual battle.
The ministry plan of ENCAMINA is to see in three years:
* 30 Kingdom workers prepared and equipped with the vision to make world disciples in Ecuador and in ethnic groups in the world, especially in the 10/40 window, where the majority of the unreached peoples are found.
* 15 Kingdom Building churches preparing and equipping their peoples to be Acts 1:8 World Disciples and Makers of World Disciples with the vision to reach all Nations, especially among the 10/40 window.
The method used is to conduct the training equipping sessions the third Saturday of each month with the exception of July and August when the training participants experiment missions while conducting a missions trip within Ecuador and sometimes outside of Ecuador.
