The old well, which was dug in the 1950s and deepened in the 1990s, no longer provides sufficient water supply for this very active and strategic resource, which supports not only the ministries of Mision Mundial en Cuba but a number of other denominations across the island. The new well will eliminate the need to transport water from a great distance and at great cost to the seminary and camp, and hence, enable expansion of this very strategic ministry location.
